Admissions

Admissions at Southfields Primary School fall under two groups:

Nursery Children:

  • The admissions arrangements for children are controlled internally by the school, we have a part time nursery with 26 pupil spaces available in both a morning and an afternoon session.

 Primary Admissions (not nursery)

We follow Coventry City Council’s Admissions Policy which is linked below.

Details on how to appeal school places can be viewed HERE.

Places for Reception are allocated by the Admissions and Benefits Team at Coventry City Council.  Leaflets on how to apply for a school place are issued from the school office to any child in our Nursery.

Leaflets on how to apply for a secondary school place are sent out from the school office to all children in year 6.
